Jennifer to Appear in “The Kill Point” on Spike TV!

May 28th, 2007 by JenniferFerrinFan

Jennifer is currently in the Pittsburgh area filming the new mini-series “The Kill Point.” This is the first original drama being done by Spike TV and will premiere on July 22 at 9/8C for 2 hours. The show will air for a total of 8 hours, airing in 2 hour segments on Sunday evenings. Jennifer is one of the principal members of the cast, playing the role of “Chloe.”

(from Spike TV’s press release) “The Kill Point” (originally dubbed “The Kill Pit”) revolves around a downtown Pittsburgh bank robbery by a team of American Iraqi-War veterans. More than a dozen hostages from all walks of life are taken, ranging from the daughter of a business tycoon to an adulterous couple. Throughout the eight-hour event, viewers will follow the escalating action as the volatile soldiers plot their way out, the negotiator anticipates their moves and the hostages desperately try to survive. Time is critical and the game intensifies with surprising twists at every turn. Told in real time, in the same vein as 24, this action-packed show takes the audience through every move as the story unfolds – the meticulously planned bank heist, the SWAT team maneuvers and the attempts of the hostage negotiator to resolve the situation with a minimal body count. With the clock ticking and no sense as to how things will unfold, viewers will be on the edge of their seats guessing what will happen next.

So far not much is available about Jennifer’s role other than she plays one of the hostages. Some great articles have been published with visits to the set and include some photos and video. Much of this information is linked in the Filmography section of her website. Nothing with Jennifer yet. So if anyone has anything to offer, it would be appreciated. I’ll keep updating the details as I can find them!

Can’t wait to see Jennifer on TV again!
